DIVO (DIGITAL INTEGRATION OF VISION AND OPTICS 

The year is 2100, our digital presence is not separated from the physical word, but rather we are merged as one with it. However, amongst all of these automated and mass produced technologies, there is a sense of losing touch with ourselves and reality. Thus, how does one find the balance between getting too comfortable in this easy automated convenient world we are soon going to live in, and our own individuality. My product is a system Divo stands for the ‘Digital Integration of Visual Optics’; in the form of products such as wearable technology devices consisting of an earpiece and contact lenses that enable your personal robot assistant through a screen and a voice guided activities. Unlike most robot assistants, DIVO aims to be a personal AI friend that is customised for every individual through complimenting your personality and daily lifestyle. For example, matching your lifestyle, voice, tastes. Your DIVO will give you advice on daily decisions like clothing, diet, finance, and help you grow as an individual as well.

PRODUCT 1 - EARPIECE

(VOICE GUIDED ROBOT)

 

The earpiece will be implemented with the technology of bone conduction and linked with a user through a chip and a small implant. Through this, sound waves will be relayed into your skull such as in the form of vibrations, then transmitted directly into your inner ear. The earpiece can be used 24/7, as we aim to ingrain DIVO as need for users.

 

Users can still have the earpiece on while talking with someone else, as this technology leaves your ears free to process ambient noise. This enables our goal of preserving a balance between technology and our real world around us, such as appreciating the beauty of Mars.

PRODUCT 2 - CONTACT LENSES

(INTERFACE OF USER)

 

Alongside, colored contact lenses will be the visual interface of DIVO. Instead of tangible devices, the internet will be connected to the implant and a screen projection. Information will be displayed just in front of your eyes, floating in the air just for you. Users will not have to type anymore. The main program will be centralised at your home, your office, or your motor devices , where no government or corporations can have access to. Being an internal, close-looped blockchain internet of things, there would be no concern of  data breaches. In addition, the central computer will be much less volume-dependent so the computational power of the whole DIVO system can be greatly increased, and allowing constant upgrades and modifications.
